I am writing to thank you and your team for your assistance in purchasing and installation of a new Kyocera three in one machine. Peter, you were quick to get back to us with a quote and explanation of how the machine worked but didn’t overly pester us for a sale. Once we had placed the order you kept us updated with when the machine would be arriving. The guys that installed the machine were punctual, carried out their work efficiently and without any hassles. They finished off the installation with sufficient training as not to bombard us. Recently Singleton Primary School purchased two Kyocera photocopiers from you. As always we found you to be very professional in the manner in which you facilitated the sale and in the service package you negotiated with us. We have had Kyocera machines since 2003 and have found them to be very reliable and durable. Our school newsletter is produced on a Kyocera colour model that has stood the test of time over a period of nearly five years during which time we have experienced very little disruption or trouble, while the quality of the newsletter is recognized as a high quality publication. My name is Dianne Cable and I have been dealing with Coastal Business Equipment for nine years. Our business association began when I was employed as the Administrator at Foundation Christian College from 2000 to 2005. I have also had the opportunity to purchase my own photocopier from them and I also continue the business relationship through my current employment here at Christ’s Church Anglican Parish Mandurah. Throughout these pasts nigh years I have come to experience their first class service and equipment. We have a Kyocera KM 2050 that is three years old. As a new machine it provided everything we needed for our business requirements and has been maintained regularly through our maintenance contract with Coastal Business Equipment, which is paid on a per copy basis. Our copier has a demanding workload to keep up with and is servicing us well. Our machine has begun to wear and at times needs attention. If anything does required it was provided within the shortest possible time. Coastal Business Equipment are providing excellent service to us and as our machine has done nearly 500,000 copies, much more than its expected life, they continue to maintain it in good working order at all times.
