Peter, you were quick to get back to us with a quote and explanation of how the machine worked but didn’t overly pester us for a sale. Once we had placed the order you kept us updated with when the machine would be arriving. The guys that installed the machine were punctual, carried out their work efficiently and without any hassles. They finished off the installation with sufficient training as not to bombard us. Recently Singleton Primary School purchased two Kyocera photocopiers from you. We have had Kyocera machines since 2003 and have found them to be very reliable and durable. My name is Dianne Cable and I have been dealing with Coastal Business Equipment for nine years. Our business association began when I was employed as the Administrator at Foundation Christian College from 2000 to 2005. I have also had the opportunity to purchase my own photocopier from them and I also continue the business relationship through my current employment here at Christ’s Church Anglican Parish Mandurah. We have a Kyocera KM 2050 that is three years old. As a new machine it provided everything we needed for our business requirements and has been maintained regularly through our maintenance contract with Coastal Business Equipment, which is paid on a per copy basis. Our copier has a demanding workload to keep up with and is servicing us well. Our machine has begun to wear and at times needs attention. If anything does required it was provided within the shortest possible time.
